Boneless Spare Ribs with BBQ Mango Salsa

  • 2lb boneless Glatt Express spare ribs

  • 1/2 cup chopped mango

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 1/2 squeezed lemon

  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce

  • sea salt to season


  1. In sauce pan, steam ribs with water and salt for one hour.

  2. While steaming, chop your mango, red onion, red peppers and parsley into a bowl and set aside.

  3. Toss spare ribs in bbq sauce and bake for 15 min on 350 degrees.

  4. Mix chopped ingredients in a bowl, squeeze half a lemon and baste on the top of bbq ribs.

  5. Enjoy!
